If a bet is not accepted or is voided due to a technical issue during live betting, the stake will be refunded. Pre-match bets cannot be cancelled or modified once the match has started.

Casino game outcomes are determined using third-party audited RNG technology. If a software error causes an incorrect result in any game, mamga18 reserves the right to void that round and refund the stake.

If one event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, that event's odds will be counted as 1.00 and the remaining selections will stand. If all events are cancelled, the full stake will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mamga18 and will result in account closure:

• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets or operate games.
• Exploiting technical errors in the system or taking advantage of incorrect odds.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or take advantage of promotions.
• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
